It’s time to reveal the possible date for Mario Kart CW X: April 2nd, 2010 (DSHack.org’s 9th Birthday).
It’s no 100% sure date.
The reason for this is, we’re far from completing the promises:
Name changing doesn’t seem to be possible yet.
Retexturing doesn’t seem to be possible yet.
Custom music doesn’t seem to be possible yet.
Custom course images doesn’t seem to be possible yet.

Things done:
All Beta tracks in the same orders like in MKCW Final.
All Beta tracks are fully textured.
All Emulator exclusives will be modified for use on the DS.

Things currently working on:
All background less Beta tracks (like luigi_course and dokan_course) get a background.
Most Beta tracks get their own course maps.

Things that need a start:
Shy Guy.

Any help from you guys is welcome.
The more things we add and work, the better.

We from The CW-Network have got an own Download Server.
At least, for legal content only.
ROM downloaders have to use aDrive.
There’s not much, but it sure is worth to take a look.

UPGRADE: IPB 3.0.5
We were using IPB 3.0.0 for a long time.
Now we have upgraded to IPB 3.0.5.
We still have the fatal IPB 2.3.6 to IPB 3.0.0 upgrade in our mind.
But we’ve done this successfully this time.

I was looking for some more videos of MKCW on YouTube.
I’ve found videos of AMD2600, MacPie71 and Ryanfilmproductions2.
Sadly, none of them admits the fact they are using a hack called Mario Kart CW Final.
These people are marked with a *, which means that they are external (people not on our Forum).
We’ve used the following tags: “dshack.org”, “Mario Kart CW” and “Mario Kart DS Full Textured”.
2 were found this the tag “dshack.org”, and the rest in the featured videos.
We’ll keep looking for videos of MKCW.

Seriously, there are just A LITTLE amount of people that releases hacks at DSHack.org.
Almost none to be acurate.
So we need YOU to sign in on our forums AND your hacks!
I mean, you will never, EVER find a site with (Nintendo DS) Rom Hacks elsewhere.
So why not let US provide/promote your hacks?!
We don’t even CARE what kind of Rom hacks they are, nor WHAT Roms they are!
If it is a new game, we just add a new page for it.

We had the contest active for making a new logo.
It’s not needed anymore.
UltimatePisman has desided to make an Uni-Logo of his logo on his site.
That means that every site of The CW-Network will use this.
My brother NeoWynaut also thought about an Uni-Theme.
So all sites of The CW-Network will use the same Theme, with another color shame.
But that will be a totally new theme.

The new theme, name and logo will come October 17th.

Anabell: Does anyone know what logo we have to use?
