Author: It’s time to reveal the possible date for Mario Kart CW X: April 2nd, 2010 (DSHack.org’s 9th Birthday).
It’s no 100% sure date.
The reason for this is, we’re far from completing the promises:
Name changing doesn’t seem to be possible yet.
Retexturing doesn’t seem to be possible yet.
Custom music doesn’t seem to be possible yet.
Custom course images doesn’t seem to be possible yet.
Things done:
All Beta tracks in the same orders like in MKCW Final.
All Beta tracks are fully textured.
All Emulator exclusives will be modified for use on the DS.
Things currently working on:
All background less Beta tracks (like luigi_course and dokan_course) get a background.
Most Beta tracks get their own course maps.
Things that need a start:
Shy Guy.
Any help from you guys is welcome.
The more things we add and work, the better.
