Together, they form the "Premium" group.
The only difference between Hacker and Bitch is, the group name and the group colour.
All other things are indentical.

Female Hackers have been changed to "Bitch".
It's use is identical to Hacker, but Bitch is for the females here, and Hacker is for males.
