I extracted arm9.bin, exactly like Success told me, but this is the result: Nothing more than سعهلايثضقلسهخهنتع٣ in the file.
Also, your offsets isn't there either.

well, your file is still compressed... you have to click on Extract(U) in crystal tile, but if it's what you did then I don't know....

Yes, I clicked "Extract" from the right-click menu.
Then I moved it from Windows 7 to Linux (YamiOS), where I have a descent Hex Editor, which is for free, through SFTP.
So, I didn't do anything wrong, I think.

If you're looking for a decent hex editor in Windows, try Cygnus free version.

I like to have all features for free.

Whereas this one, it's free, full and Open-Source.
Open-Source doesn't mean that it doesn't cost you anything, but 99,999.999.999% chance it doesn't cost you at all.

Yes but unfortunately, Bless doesn't work on Windows, as you told me a few months back.
Therefore, I go for Cygnus, which is pretty decent for a Windows-enabled editor.

Anyway, going back to the subject of ARM9 files, I packed the edited ARM9 file with my kiosk hack, but now it don't load. Do I have to compress my ARM9 file again after?

I found the course images that you see when you select a course.
How to do it:
Go into CupPicture, and get NarcTool.
Since the files are open (ie not in NARC format) and CrystalTile can't open them, you need to make a new folder, put three files in it (let's say the last three, select_cup_retro16_m_b.NCLR, select_cup_retro16_m_picture.NSCR and select_cup_retro16_m_b.NCGR) and pack this directory into a NARC file using NarcTool.
Next, open up the NARC file and click on the tile viewer (at the top) and click the palette and press space, then the image and press space and finally the screen resource and press space. You will see the image of GCN Yoshi Circuit, the same image as the one you see when selecting.
Maybe we can edit these now?

I already tried to edit them but they are in 4bpp format, and crystal tile dosen't support very well that format. Maybe it work better with tile molester...

But what I wonder is why are teh battle images in a different file to teh grand prix ones?
And teh thanksYou files, I wanted to make a profile picture of it, so yeah.
