Since last week, Nintendo banned flash cards in the UK. They also banned Wii chips, but it means that I can't play on my R4i in public now :-(
Why Nintendo, why?

According to Family Guy, the Bird is greater than or equal to the word. In other words:

Moved to Home.

They banned flash cards in The Netherlands a few weeks earlier.
So I'm not able to get a new flash card, but I can still be owner of 4 flash cards.
But I don't matter that much.
I mean, flash cards used to be meant for playing Homebrew (home made games and apps on a console or handheld).
But now, people only use them for pure piracy (downloading the games, not buying it later on, and claiming ownership).

But still, for playing our hacks, this news sucks. (T.T)

Yeah, I wondered whether to put this thread in Home in the first place.
And yeah, it means I can't get a Supercard SD :'(
Bad news, but maybe MKCWXL and MKCWBeta 3.0 can still be released though.

Yes, they both will still release.
The Law is only valid on buying a flash card, not on downloading a ROM.

But, am I allowed to take it on vacation to Watford, next month?

I'm sure it won't be a problem, since they won't search your bags at the airport/seaport/however you get there or arrest you if you're seen with it.
