Every group had a lack of PM Sortage and Friend Invites.
So I've upgraded it.

Max PM:
Group:			Before:		After:
Administrators:		50		1024
Moderators:		50		512
Hackers*:		50		256
Members:		50		128

Max friend invites:
Group:			Before:		After:
Administrators:		6		500 (Which is the max)
Moderators:		5		256
Hackers*:		5		128
Members:		5		64
