Welcome, to Invision Power Board 2.3.5!<br />If you don't know how to install it, I'll teach you.<br /><br />First, buy a year long lisense of $ 150,-.<br />After downloading, unzip it.<br />Now you have to create a MySQL database.<br /><b>IF YOU USE A NULLED BOARD, DON'T INSTALL IT ON THE INTERNETS, TEST IT IN XAMPP INSTEAD!</b><br />Now we have created the database, so let's get started.<br /><br /><img src=1.PNG /><br />Open your IPB directory.<br /><img src=2.PNG /><br />Open the upload directory.<br /><img src=3.PNG /><br />Select and copy all the files.<br /><img src=4.PNG /><br />Paste them in a directory in your FTP (like /forum).<br /><img src=5.PNG /><br />Start your web browser and typ in http://YOURDOMAIN/FORUMDIRECTORYNAME/install/index.php.<img src=6.PNG /><br />Now you'll see this screen.<br />If you see CHMOD FILENAME.php to 777, open your FTP map and CHMOD it to 777 (give all permissions).<br />If you are ready, click Next.<br /><img src=7.PNG /><br />Just agree with the lisence.<br /><img src=8.PNG /><br />Leave the defaults, just click Next.<br /><img src=9.PNG /><br />Now typ in your database name, SQL username and SQL password.<br />For SQL Host, it's mostly localhost.<br />If it isn't localhost, contact your web hosting for more information.<br /><img src=10.PNG /><br />If you succeed, now choose the Administrator username, password and email address.<br />More settings are editable later.<br /><img src=11.PNG /><br />Start Instalation now.<br /><b>DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTILL IT'S DONE INSTALLING, IT WILL NOT TAKE LONG.</b><br /><img src=12.PNG /><br />Click on the Invision Power Board link to see your own board.<br /><img src=13.PNG /><br />It usually doesn't look like this, but that's because my computer is running more IPB forums.<br /><img src=14.PNG /><br />Let's log in as Administrator. :P<br /><img src=15.PNG /><br />Since you are the Administrator, you'll have this interface.<br /><img src=16.PNG /><br />Let's log in on the Admin Panel (I recommend to change the Admin directory, so it will be harder for hackers to find it).<br /><img src=17.PNG /><br />You'll see this messenge.<br />That means, if someone runs the installation again, it whould be bye bye forum.<br /><img src=18.PNG /><br />This problem is no problem.<br />You just have to rename the install.php, for being sure to not run install.php ever again, delete it.<br /><img src=19.PNG /><br />You'll have this interface now.<br />Don't care about the fact I don't have IPB News, Blogs or Bulletins, that's because XAMPP is viewing your site offline. ;)
