Note: Enterprise is the most complete Office package, so there is a chance we will make an Office 2007 tutorial which doesn't fit yours.
This is Excel.

Start up Excel 2007.

This step isn't important.

Change the weight for sureness.

Typ in your text.

Choose the 4th last option.

Choose the 2nd tab.

Choose the greeds (must be between 90 and -90).

And your text is spinned!

However I can't find many options in Office 2007, I still like it.
