Megalegacy | Hi, I'm Megalegacy. I like to play games and in general, have a good time. My favorite games are Smash Bros and Mario Kart, and I really like homebrew and modding Mario Kart. Main reason I came here actually, because it seems that there are many experienced people here. My 2DS firmware is 10.1.0-27U with menuhax 2.0 and Ironhax, both with 2.5 payloads. |

How can you move around in the map? I imported an obj and I can't zoom out, I dont think it's too big since I tested how long the roads should be and scaled it before hand. EDIT: never mind got it to work out, i just resized it a bit. |

Nice, now I don't have to deal with the DSHack wiki being down. :P The wiki is down for me a lot, but for some reason, when it's down, I can still use dshack.org fine until dshack.org goes down 20 minutes or so later. I can still use the wiki sometimes. Wiki is fine for me right now (the time I'm posting this message). But still, this will be useful if DShack.org or wiki.dshack.org goes down. |

Megalegacy | Maybe, I'm not sure. The only problem I've noticed is that my router either randomly restarts by itself, or even though the indicators on my router look fine, my computer suddenly disconnects from it and can't detect it anymore and the only way to fix that is to manually restart the router. |

So I was looking around example.com and there was a link to iana's reserved domains page, and I wanted to see what it looked like a long time ago. So I went on web.archive.org and I was looking at example.com and iana, and on iana's front page, if you go back far enough, they actually have a link to an anonymous FTP server with lots of email logs, papers (I found a paper with details of a 1989 computer worm), and even ancient software (ls from 1993, gzip from 1995) Go ahead and look for yourself: ftp://ftp.isi.edu Ancient software: ftp://ftp.isi.edu/bin.0/ E-mail logs (there are many of them, not only this one) ftp://ftp.isi.edu/arts/arts.mail Papers on computer worms: ftp://ftp.isi.edu/pub/worm-papers/ To use PS.Z files: Linux/Mac: uncompress *paper*.PS.Z ps2pdf *paper*.ps *paper*.pdf (ps2pdf should come with your distro/OS) Now open the PDF and you should be able to see the papers. Windows: Not sure how to decompress .Z files on Windows (if you know how tell me, I'll add it here) but once you decompress it you can use this to open them (btw, on some folders they may say they were edited rather recently (2016) but if you look inside there could still be old files) |

Cool! Well, I'm not sure if there's a practical use, I just thought it would be nice to share so other people could find things :) I guess you could learn K&R C (I found a socket client/server system written in C89) and about old viruses, or if you have a museum of old software then you can add the files from the bin.0 folder, but from the stuff I've seen (I haven't looked at all of it) there's not much use. I wonder why the FTP server isn't public anymore though. |

Well back in 2013 I got Minecraft for my birthday, and of course you have to have a username. So I chose Megalegacy98 because I thought of it like a big adventure and that I was going to leave some kind of "mega legacy" behind, also I thought the name was original. I added the 98 because I wanted numbers in my name, and something near 100. 99 seemed weird so I picked 98 instead. Then it just stuck with me. Now on pretty much all sites, I'm usually Megalegacy or Megalegacy98. |

In this thread you can share your music wether it be remixes, you playing an instrument/singing, dubstep or really anything with music. I made a remix that consists of combining Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik and SammyClassicSonicFan (i was bored) https://soundcloud.com/megalegacy/sammys-musical-1/s-9AxVY |

Megalegacy | I would love to help! I'm pretty decent at C myself (me being inactive was partly me doing a lot of research), plus I'm learning C++. I will try my best not to be inactive. Also, I'm running ARM (RPi) and it will take maybe 1 week to 3 months to get a new computer. (that's how unsure I am :/) So when I get it, I will be 100% there, but I can probably get some stuff running on a RPi too. We'll see. |
